Relaxing hotel, fairly clean, nice staff, location to shopping center was favourable! The breakfast was fantastic and amazing with good coffee and potatoes, as for instance and frequently replenished. The room for value. Location: the property was near Stanford University and the Silicon Valley and San Francisco and the Lucent.

The view is lackluster, focusing on a narrow dirty ledge that doesn't really inspire. There were issues with billing. I noticed a $50 refundable damage fee instead of the expected $25 listed online. The breakfast offerings are underwhelming if you're after fresh produce, leaving most options heavily processed-something I didn't expect around this area.

I had a lovely stay with a spacious beautiful king room that felt both modern and cozy. The breakfast buffet was a real treat with freshly baked goods. The sunny terrace and garden area were perfect. Only downside was that the heating took a while to kick in when I first arrived, but overall, it was a fantastic experience 😊

The location is convenient for accessing nearby amenities, and the room was modern and well-kept. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the availability of a Bluetooth printer in the lobby. The noise levels from the street and nearby train make it difficult to relax, and my request for a quieter room went unfulfilled. The management lacks consistency in addressing guest preferences, which can be quite frustrating.
